In partnership with the pedagogical consulting, Solar Colegios, AFESU made a course to coordinators and preceptors about formation in preceptory. The preceptory is one of the four pillars of AFESU’s pedagogical methodology, that consists on an individual and customized conversation with each beneficiary, so they can set goals and make a life plan that will take them closer to their dreams . Besides that, the preceptory creates awareness about the importance of family, the consequences of your attitudes and decisions about your personal and professional future.
To align the pedagogical methodology between the three units and encourage the trade of experiences, AFESU in partnership with Solar develop a course focused in the formation on preceptory totally alignedwith AFESU’s misison and values. Through weekly encounters, the course brought together the pedagogical directors of all the AFESU’s units to share experiences and standardizethe preceptories. After the work done in those encounters, the coordinators took all the knowledge for each unit. At the same time, a guidance manual was being developed based on those encounters.
“The exchange of ideas is being very productive, when we share those expriences, we know what works and what doesn’t on the schools”, says Maria Clotildes dos Santos, AFESU Veleiros’ coordinator.
